      Today I read an article about disease. The name of the disease is sickle cell anemia, which distorts red blood cells into sickle-shaped crescents and triggers pain. It's strong pain. This is a genetic disease, so even if you are good health you have risks to get this disease.

If I win the big lottery, I want to go on a trip with my family. I especially want to visit many places in japan to go with my dog. I also want to go camping. And I want to buy a high performance computer with my spare money. Computer is very expensive. I have to make a lot of money to buy it, but there's no time. Buying lottery tickets is a good thing, because the money that we spend to buy lottery tickets will be used to improve the town or come back to us in large amount of money.

     A movie which I really liked is "Aquaman". This was a superhero movie made in 2018. It was direcyed by James Wan and Jason Momoa was appearing. He was very cool.      Aquaman was born between Lighthouse keeper and Queen of Atlantis, the undersea country. Aquaman grew up on the ground, but he was told that Atlantis army was going to attack ground people. He tried to be a king to protect the ground.      The reason I liked this movie is the image was very beautiful. There was a lot of white, green and pink light, so it was fantastic. In the battle scene there was red magma. It's was very powerful.

 When I play video games, I sometimes meet English speakers by voice chat. I speak only about game, but the term is listed in Hirotan. Voice chat have both good points and bad points. Good points are you can communicate with English speakers and you can memorize words that you don't use in your daily life. Bad points are it's difficult to use correct grammar and even if it's wrong no one correct.

I like to eat snacks. I especially like chocolate and potato chips. I don't feel thirsty when I eat chocolate. Potato chips have a nice texture. My favorite kind of chocolate is milk chocolate. It's so sweet and helps my work such as study and playing video games.

There are many cows and 8 people in hut. People play the instrument for cows. Cows eat food. People see the cows, so cows look like conductors. Most of the cows see  people. It seems to smell bad. It seems to be noisy.

I'm practicing cooking for Christmas. I made a cream stew yesterday. I didn't use roux. I made cream sauce but I failed, maybe because I didn't measure the amount of flour. Next day I bought a scale. I want to try again to make stew. The goal for November is making a lot of delicious food.

When I set a goal, I often give up. Maybe it was bad how to set a goal. Therefore I thought. Short term effort is best way to achieve the goal. In October I worked to reach my goal for a month. Then I was able to achieve it, and gained confidence. The key to achieving the goal is setting a short deadline and a little easy goal. After working hard, I also thought a rest is essential.
